The Institute of Expatriate Studies (IES) is the central location for your corporate employees to learn the foundational cross-cultural information that they will rely on; to ensure that they - and you - succeed in the pending international assignment. 

IES staff will introduce current and historical cultural aspects for the expatriates to learn and implement within their transition and professional/personal lifes abroad.  Familial classes will be supplied, as well, to assist the accompanying family members adjust appropriately and successfully.
